From Brush to Stylus: Elephant Dreams

When I was little I used to sleep with a stuffed elephant. Snuffy was much loved - so much that he fell apart over time (RIP). My mother, realizing my daughter would be deprived without her own night-elephant, gifted her a cuddly pachyderm who is now her bedtime companion. Inspired by this tradition, I started a digital painting of Ploto being walked into dreamworld by her friend.

The above shot is a close up; I'm working on a background that is in rough shape. Still lots of changes I want to make, but I'm hoping it turns out good enough that I can get a print and put it on Ploto's wall.
